Alumni Reunion of Class 1955 Chinese Department

From October 15thto 18th,
about 30 alumni from Class 1955 of our college, accompanied by their family members, came to the Ceremony of 60thAnniversary of The Entrance To The School and Their 80thBirthday as
well. This was the forth reunion at their home campus while the last three were
in 1998, 2005 and 2009.The theme of the event was “It’s been 60 years since our
entrance. It’s been 80 years in our lives. ”Revisiting the old place, alumni in
their 80s could not resist their excitement. They visited the Historic
Museum of WHU, toured around the campus and the East Lake as well as other
scenic spots. Precious photos were taken at several spots like Stone Archway of
Wuhan University and the Administrative Building. The grand ceremony was held
in Luojia Mountain Villa in the afternoon of 16th.
