II. Requirements
1. Overseas PhD graduate: Those who have a master degree and PhD degree from a well-known university overseas. In principle, one should has his or hers research experience in post doctoral level. In every stage of study, one should has his or hers diploma and degree from full-time general institute of higher learning, graduate from well-known university or college(or research institute) home or aboard with ones major being one of the national key disciplines. The teaching and studying experience should meet the relative requirements of the university as well.
2. PhD who left postdoctoral program should be under the age of 35 in principal, PhD graduate should be under the age of 30 in principal; those who apply for “Outstanding Young Backbone Professor” should be under the age of 45.
III. Wayto Enroll
Applicants should bring the following materials to the college (or send them to the contact person of the college):
1. Application forms (with autograph).
2. Education and work resume. Fresh graduates should provide recommendation forms issued by Employment Department of the school.
3.Copies of diplomas of every stage of study, representative theses (includes search reports of A&HCI、SSCI、SCI、EI、CSSCI etc) books, doctoral dissertation, research project and copies of awards and certificates. Those who got their degree overseas (overboard) should provide original and copy of the Academic Degree Certification issued byCSCSE Ministry of Education. The original will be returned once the verification is completed.
4.Recommendation letters from at least three counterparts in the field from other institute（experts from the applicant’s home school of every period should not be included）. Employment certificates of the referrers should be provided.
